Instructions

  1. Clean and prepare all seafood.
  2. Soak salted cod in water for 24 hours, changing water frequently.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add seafood and cook until done.
  5. Arrange grilled eggplant, red pepper, and olives on a platter.
  6. Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley.
  8. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
