Instructions

  1. Arrange olives, sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, and roasted red peppers on a large platter.
  2. Add slices of cured meats and assorted cheeses.
  3. Scatter capers over the platter.
  4. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze.
  5. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
  6. Serve immediately with crusty bread.
