Instructions
- Arrange olives, sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, and roasted red peppers on a large platter.
- Add slices of cured meats and assorted cheeses.
- Scatter capers over the platter.
- Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
- Serve immediately with crusty bread.
