Ingredients

- 200g cooked calamari rings
- 200g cooked mussels
- 100g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine shrimp, calamari, mussels, and cherry tomatoes in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the seafood and toss gently.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
