Ingredients

- 200g roasted pumpkin
- 150g sliced cured meats (prosciutto, salami)
- 100g marinated artichokes
- 100g roasted chestnuts
- 100g goat cheese
- 50g mixed olives
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
- Fresh rosemary for garnish
Instructions
- Arrange roasted pumpkin slices on a serving platter.
- Add cured meats in folds around the pumpkin.
- Place marinated artichokes and roasted chestnuts in small piles.
- Crumble goat cheese over the platter.
- Scatter mixed olives throughout.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary.
- Serve immediately.
