Description

Air fryer zeppole are light, fluffy Italian doughnuts made with simple ingredients. They’re crispy on the outside, soft inside, and perfect for a quick dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a bowl.
  3. Add water, melted butter, egg, and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of batter into the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  5. Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
