- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
- Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a bowl.
- Add water, melted butter, egg, and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter into the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- For extra flavor, add lemon zest or cinnamon to the batter.
- Serve warm for the best texture.
